You've learned that the Emperor is on Dromund Kaas, temporarily weakened by your efforts thwarting his plan for galactic annihilation. Striking at him now is your best chance to defeat him once and for all.
No one ever said that beating the Emperor would be easy, but knowing the fight is difficult may not prepare you for how difficult it actually is.
You can only take T7 with you, and many players don't bother gearing this poor, neglected little droid up once they start getting more "useful" companions. As such, he may be in no condition to take on level 50 baddies, so you may want to pay some attention to him before you get here.
Alternately, completing the puzzle in the early part of the mission (it should resemble a large Imperial symbol when finished) will allow you to loot the chest in the room, which is filled with high-level droid upgrades. Many players experience a bug that will not allow them to open the chest here - if this happens to you, leave the instance and reset it. You will have to kill your way back to the puzzle room and chest, but the chest will be openable.
The fight against the Emperor and his clones will be very difficult even with a fully-upgraded T7. Use line-of-sight as much as possible to avoid ranged attacks by "hugging" the pillars, and interrupt long inductions and channeled attacks whenever possible. If all else fails, bring along a friend or two.

Posted by: Gonzo May 19, 2013With the launch of Patch 1.7 comes the new event Relics of the Gree, set on the previously useless Western Ice Shelf of the planet Ilum. The event is currently set to last two weeks and will have players completing quests all over the western Ice shelf. The goal of it all of course being to increase your reputation with the Gree, and be able to get your hands on some of that shiny tron gear.

Posted by: Halfshell May 15, 2013With the release of Patch 2.1 came a whole wave of new customization options available for players to change the way their characters look and make them their own. One of these new options are the Dye Modules which when placed in the new Dye Slot in the item pane, will change the primary or secondary or both colors of the gear. There are multiple ways to obtain these Dye Modules, through the Cartel Market, Artifice crafting, or as reputation rewards. Below we’ve taken the guess wrk out of it and compiled a list

Not right that Knights have to bust ass on a nearly impossible quest for a title that just gets HANDED to Consulars. How can Bioware justify considering this a "solo" quest?

It's the frellin Emperor! You want that battle to be easy?! It would be a total let down! --> "Man, the Emperor was such a pushover... this game suuuuuucks." He's. The. Emperor. Uber-baddie. I was able to do it after I geared fully up. All Blue/Orange LVL 50 stuff for me, I used the puzzle loot for T-7 and did fine. Died once, and got him on the second try (used Heroic Moment). Besides, they give you the reason you can't have anyone else besides T-7... the Emperor would be able to control them. So yes solo. And yes, bust your ass. For me... I was actually expecting it to be harder/multiple rounds (like classic video games... 3 rounds, each one harder).
