The player goes to Rist Camps scattered along the roads in Hub 3, and recovers 3 samples of a powerful Rist poison known as the "Tears of the Rist."

Either the droprate is insanely low, or the quest is bugged. Not worth your time as of current.

They are in the tents, the reason it's a area target in quest as apposed to a Triangle for single object is because there are 4 of them sitting on the tables.

Ignore Heratio I just did the quest and there are still tents and the glow stick things that you have to collect.
